If you are thinking of buying a massage gift voucher then just to let you know that we will only be able to mail vouchers for orders received by Thursday 20th December.     		Remedial Massage Clinics

    For Massage Therapist Subscribers
    In developing the Inner West Mobile Massage websites, we have gained significant experience in what is effective and what is ineffective with internet massage marketing. Next year, we will be starting an internet directory service for remedial massage clinics throughout Australia and are looking for a few 'pioneer' therapists who wish to increase their client base through having an internet exposure.

    		Are Saunas Healthy or Harmful?

    Many supporters of saunas argue that the sauna can assist in removing toxins from within the body and blood.. As we sweat more during sauna bath and the skin's pores open, it helps in excretion of toxins through the sweat. Others claim that people may experience improved mood and health after a sauna as the body gets cleansed through sweating.
