  • Reduce Heart Disease - Drink Grape Juice

  • Welcome to the first issue for the new year. Christmas and the New Year seems a long time ago - hope it was everything you wished for.

Congratulations to Micaela, a recent winner of the massage prize draw. In her words "The whole experience from start to finish was seamless and my massage therapist was brilliant - he managed to "untangle" my mess of a body and left me in a blissful state. The fact that I could hop straight in to bed for a wonderful nights sleep was a huge bonus! A very professional and highly recommended service. Micaela".
The next draw for the home massage will take place on March 15th

As mentioned in a previous edition, I am starting a directory for remedial massage therapists. It's up and running attracting searchers and leads for remedial massage clinics. For interested massage therapists then just check out Remedial Massage Clinics.

    Regards
Richard and the Inner West Massage team.

    Reasons to get a Massage

Any therapist who's had the pleasure of watching a client's health and vitality improve through regular massage sessions would love to have everyone understand the benefits available to them from bodywork. Here are a few key points that should help you appreciate how regular massage can help you have a healthier life:

Reduce Heart Disease - Drink Grape Juice

In the popular press it is commonly mentioned that moderate consumption of alcohol may be beneficial to our health, particularly with respect to heart disease. Unfortunately, this is not the case and drinking grape juice may be the way to go.

Research has found that drinking purple grape juice may improve dilation of the arteries to permit enhanced blood flow and improvement other indicators of heart disease.
