Injuries and Conditions
Tennis elbow is an inflammation of the tendon of the forearm muscles where they join to the bony knob on the outside of the elbow. Tennis elbow is caused by repetitive stress to the forearm muscles and is one of the most common overuse injuries of all yet can respond well to massage.
