Hi and welcome to the March edition of "Massage Moves" (scary - March already).

Thank you to those who have completed feedback forms for us - by offering a charitable donation the response rate has been greater than normal so as to get some meaningful data we have decided to extend "Feedback February" into March and continue to donate $5 for each completed feedback form we receive. Should you wish to complete the brief survey then just go to Feedback Form and we will donate $5 to Bear Cottage or a charity of your choice.

The next draw for the free home massage will take place on March 15th

    Best Wishes
Richard and the Inner West Massage team.

    Choosing a Personal Trainer

Choosing any health care practitioner, be it GP, dentist or massage therapist can potentially be a risky proposition. There is little doubt that word of mouth recommendations are generally always the best although what works for one person does not necessarily work for another. This is particularly true for massage therapists and also personal trainers.

Choice magazine has written an excellent article on what to look for when choosing a personal trainer (particularly what questions you should ask). It's message can be applied to many other health/lifestyle modalities.

    Personal Trainer, Focus Fitness

If you are considering consulting a personal trainer then Focus Fitness (location Burwood and CBD) offers the most up to date professional fitness and lifestyle advice for individuals and groups within the Sydney CBD area.

Focus Fitness’s holistic approach to fitness and personal training incorporates fitness training, nutrition advice, goal setting, motivation and counseling with individual attention given to each client to ensure that the experience is enjoyable and beneficial.

For subscribers of Massage Moves, Focus Fitness are offering a free initial consultation. This offer certificate is limited to one Special Offer per person. Must live or work locally. Age limit may apply - ID may be required.

    Facial massages

The facial muscles are just like any other muscles in the body, needing massage to assist with circulation and relaxation.

Richard has recently completed a course in "Facials for Massage Therapists" at Nature Care College and is keen to try out his new skills in combining the therapeutic benefits of a remedial massage with the relaxation/skin quality improvements associated with facial massage, using products from mvskincare (www.mvskinvare.com.au).

He offering a free facial for the first 4 people in the Inner West who book a one hour remedial massage with him (facial to take place directly after the massage). Just mention this offer when making a booking with him.
