Massage Prize Draw
Rules and Regulations
1. Inner West Mobile Massage/Eastern Suburbs Massage will give away a free massage to subscribers of its free monthly online newsletter "Massage Moves". Entry to the draw is accomplished by submitting an email address and suburb location through the website of Inner West Mobile Massage (http://www.innerwestmassage.com.au). Subscribers will be eligible for all draws as long as they remain subscribers to the newsletter.
2. There will be one prize for each draw and the prize is one 60 minute massage in the prize winner's home.
3. There will be one draw each month and the winners will alternate between subscribers in the Inner West and Eastern Suburbs.
The Inner West of Sydney which for the purposes of this draw, is defined as being within 6km of Haberfield Post Office (as the crow flies), on the south side of Parramatta River. The Eastern Suburbs is defined by the suburbs listed at www.massagesydney.com.au/suburbs.php.
The value of each prize is $90 and the overall total is $1020.
4. The prize is not transferable nor is it redeemable for cash.
5. Draws will be held on the following dates
15th June 2008 (Eastern Suburbs Winner)
15th July 2008 (Inner West winner)
15th August 2008 (Eastern Suburbs Winner)
15th September 2008 (Inner West winner)
15th November 2008 (Inner West winner)
15th January 2009 (Inner West winner)
15th March 2009 (Inner West winner)
15th May 2009 (Inner West winner)
at 2 Nullawarra Avenue, Concord West, NSW 2138 at midday in the presence of a witness.
6. The lottery is open subscribers of the monthly newsletter of Inner West Mobile Massage/ Eastern Suburbs Mobile Massage, "Massage Moves". Subscribers who have provided their email address and suburb location through the website (http://www.innerwestmassage.com.au or http://www.massagesydney.com.au) by midnight of the day preceding each of the draw dates are automatically entered into the draw subject to the conditions 7,8, 9 and 10.
7. Entrants must be over 18 years of age at the time of the draw.
8. Entrants must live in either the Inner West of Sydney which for the purposes of this draw is defined as being within 6km of Haberfield Post Office (as the crow flies), on the south side of the Parramatta River or the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney which is is defined by the suburbs listed at www.massagesydney.com.au/suburbs.php.
9. Previous draw winners are ineligible for future draws.
10. Immediate family members of subcontractors to Inner West Mobile Massage and Eastern Suburbs Massage are ineligible.
11. The draw will be made manually by drawing a name from a 'hat' from a list of names printed after the close of each draw.
12. Each prize winner will be notified by email and the result will also be posted on the website of Inner West Mobile Massage/Eastern Suburbs Mobile Massage within 24 hours of the draw.
13. Prize winners claim their prize by phoning 0421 410057 or 0407 745129 to arrange agreed time for the prize massage to take place. Whilst every effort will be made to provide the preferred therapist for the prize winner (listed at http://www.innerwestmassage.com.au/therapists.php) Inner West Mobile Massage/ Eastern Suburbs Mobile Massage reserves the right to provide the therapist of it's choice.
14. Prize winners must arrange a time for their free massage within one month of the draw date. If the winner cancels the appointment within 24 hours of the agreed time then the prize is forfeited.
15. Should the prize winner not contact the Promoter by the last day of the month in which they won the prize, then the Promoter will send a reminder email. If they still have not made contact by the 15th of the month following the draw then the prize will be awarded to a reserve. The reserve having been determined by drawing a name immediately after the prize winner is drawn. Being a reserve prize winner will not result in reduced chances of winning a subsequent draw.
