Liz is an accredited massage therapist, with over 7 years experience, her qualifications include diploma's in Remedial, Sports and Aromatherapy massage. She is a member of ATMS and is registered with all health funds for remedial massage including MBF, NIB, Medibank and HCF.
Liz also specializes in pregnancy massage. Massage during pregnancy helps with swelling, muscle cramps and back pain. Regular massage throughout the pregnancy can help to shorten labour and the return to optimal fitness after the birth.
Liz also works as a Nutritionist which can further complement your health and well-being. Liz has diplomas in Advanced Naturopathic Nutrition and Nutritional Medicine and she is close to completing the Advanced diploma of
Naturopathy.
